Temporary Tattoo Custom Design Art Submittal Instructions

How to submit your design graphics:

1) Files should be sent in at least 300 or 600 dpi crispy JPEG files.. If you need help with your art lets us know there are a few different price ranges and services available.

2) Place an order thru the email:  imprint@airink.com   attach your art vector file, JPEG or idea if you have one.

3) If design files are emailed or mailed at a later date, be sure to include your customer name or company, phone numbers and address to be shipped.  Deadline if there is one.        

4) orders take about 2 weeks to print( 10 business days ) after art is approved then shipped directly. Remember order in and approved on Mondays and shipped the FOLLOWING Thursday of the next week..

5) ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID.  

WHITE EFFECT ~ 3 options
If you want a white effect for your custom temporary tattoo, then the area must be specified.  No charge for white or please specify No White, Background, Spot White or Flood White for your design.

No White:   The design area is transparent (the white tattoo paper backing is visible) but will transfer clear on the skin and be skin tone.

Spot White:   White ink is only printed in specific parts of the design.  For example eyes will actually look white when transferred, but no white will be behind the design.

Flood White:  White covers the entire image (not the background) and once transferred looks more brilliant in color because the layer of white makes the image more opaque.  On tattoo paper the image will appear 'milky'.

1) PRICES are firm when you receive our acknowledgment. In very rare instances prices may change after we receive your layout or artwork. If so, we'll call you and explain. 

2) ARTWORK FILES should be in A nice crispy 600 or 300 dpi JPEG or  Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.  When using adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, please turn the fonts into outlines. You can email the file. Sorry, but PDF files, PowerPoint, Word or other word processing files will not work but they will after a art file conversion; there is a fee (fee is waived with the economic climate)

4) ART CHARGES can sometimes happen with adjustments to your files for printing. If so, we will call you and explain and these charges range on difficulty of task.

5) PROOFS ARE NOT PROVIDED UNLESS REQUESTED. Please submit artwork by noon Monday at the latest.  Proofs need to be approved, signed and returned before we can start the job. Once you approve the proof, you are responsible for any errors or changes missed on the proof.

6) U.S. SHIPMENTS add $11.00  Shipping and Handling charge for first location QTY's of 500-3000 and an additional $15.25  handling for each additional location.

7) ALL SHIPMENTS are F.O.B. in Orlando or from manufacturer for rush orders.  Extra fees will occur for rush ordering.

8) RETURNS of defective products require a phone call from you for instructions and approval. This has never happened in my life time, but one never knows.
